Reddam House Waterfall

Opened in January 2012, Reddam House Waterfall is co-educational and non-denominational, consisting of an Early Learning School, Preparatory School and College, welcoming students from Stage 1 to Grade 12. Executive Head

The Executive Head will lead and direct the school so that its long-term growth is ensured and provide a compelling narrative and vision to attract students and increase numbers. S/he has specific duties and responsibilities, which include firstly oversight of the management of each of the Sections within the School as well as other areas which stretch across all three Schools, such as communication, marketing, development, external relations and liaising with alumni.

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent leadership and managerial experience – proven track record of success as a Head and achievement of excellence in education
  • Flair for communication, PR and networking – able to extend existing markets and reach out to new ones
  • Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders and an effective communicator
  • Ability to contribute towards strategic financial planning and the business management of the School
  • Experience driving enrolments, maximizing retentions and executing on strategies to reduce student turnover
  • Business acumen and project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
  • An understanding of the legislative framework within which private Education functions
  • Experience of the IEB curriculum will be an advantage.

A competitive market related package will be offered to the successful candidate who will be expected to assume duties in January 2023.
