Proven track record of at least five years of managerial experience
Strategic planning, operational management and maintenance of a large semi-rural estate
financial planning and negotiations skill
organisational and communication skills
Good English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional knowledge of both Setswana and Afrikaans will be an advantage
Code 10 or higher valid and unendorsed driver’s licence
Knowledge and practical experience in water, sanitation and electricity supply systems will be an advantage
At least a Matric Certificate but preferably a certificate or diploma or other appropriate credentials related to maintenance and operations management.
Basic computer skills essential and certificate in computer literacy added advantage
Honesty and integrity, problem solver, self-motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ approach, inspirational leadership and cooperation in teams, both learn and teach new skills.
