Situation in Umlazi, Canaan College is a new concept in Independent education, one which envisages a future characterized by courageous, honest, innovative and entrepreneurial leaders who are grounded in Christian values. The school currently enrols learners from Grade R to 9 and will grow to Grade 12 by 2022.
In response to the growth in enrolment in 2020, Canaan College seeks to recruit inspirational and motivated teachers to fill the following posts.
Applicants must have a recognized teaching qualification in the appropriate Phase and Subject specialization.
Applicants must provide proof of SACE registration and a clear criminal record.
Appropriate teaching experience in the Phase and/or subject specialization is required for the application to be considered.
Relevant experience at a Grade 12 level will be considered a distinct advantage for Grade 8-12 applications.
