Applications from qualified individuals are invited for a teaching position in the Early Learning Centre. In your application, please state your preference for teaching grade RRR or RR, to start in January 2025.
Minimum requirements include:
- Relevant teaching qualification from a recognised institution.
- An understanding of relevant syllabus and curriculum.
- Brescia House School is a Microsoft Showcase School and therefore an interest in promoting the integration of IT into teaching and learning is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have are a Microsoft Certified Educator or willingness to obtain an MCE and MIEE certification.
- A proven record of commitment and professionalism toward education.
- Willingness to embrace innovation in education, teaching, and learning.
- Proof of registration with SACE.
The successful individual will be required to:
- Teach within the 3 to 5-year age levels embracing and integrating teaching and learning inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Fostering a collaborative and inquiry-based learning environment.
- Contribute as a team player to the functioning of the school.
- Participate in an active full day co-curricular programme.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage diverse relationships and interact with a variety of different stakeholders, including parents, across the school.
- Willingness to lead an enriching holiday programme.
