Penryn College seeks to appoint a suitable individual in the position of Deputy Head Scholar Affairs. Reporting to the College Head, the Deputy Head will support the College Head in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the College in line with the overall strategic plan and to create an environment in support of the School’s values and ethos.
Minimum qualifications, skills & experience
Hold a suitable academic and professional qualification.
Experience in a school management environment would be advantageous.
Provide inspirational strategic leadership, particularly with regard to best practices of pastoral care provision in schools.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to scholars, staff and parents.
Ability to lead and work within a large team.
A role model of professionalism with high performance standards.
Support of the Christian values and ethos of the school.
