We invite applications for the following Junior School post:

DEPUTY HEAD: PASTORAL CARE AND DIVERSITY

The position will commence on 1 September 2025.

This position carries the following key responsibilities:

  • Leadership, management and relationship building in education
  • Manage all diversity and pastoral care development and planning
  • Leadership of social and emotional learning
  • The ability to guide and implement discipline in the Junior School (Grades 0-7)
  • The ability to win the support and respect of staff, girls and parents
  • Work with the Junior School management team to realise strategic goals

The successful applicant must have a deep knowledge of girls’ education; exceptional organisational abilities; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In addition to the requirements indicated above, prerequisites for this position also include:

  • A sound tertiary qualification in education and a SACE number
  • Experience relevant for the role
  • A deep interest in the education of girls
  • Personal convictions aligned to the ethos of the school
