Think Camp is looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our tight-knit and high-performing team. We are a young, driven, highly successful startup based in Cape Town, South Africa. Our team is fully remote, yet we take great pride in creating a happy and energising work environment. Our online program, RocketHour, currently teaches code to over 300 kids in 8 different countries and we are growing faster than ever.
RocketHour classes are run as weekly, online, extra-murals. Each class contains between 5 and 8 students that are guided through a highly structured programme by our exceptional teachers.

What you’ll do
You will take on responsibility for a cohort of clients. For this cohort, you will be the main line of communication between RocketHour and the parents whose children are enrolled in our programme. You will monitor lesson feedback, given daily by both students and teachers, and deftly resolve any issues that may arise. You will need to develop an intimate familiarity with the RocketHour programme and will be required to take a proactive approach to problems and customer difficulties.

Experience helping or supporting adults
Experience in leading or teaching children
Mathematics for Matric
