The Business Manager is a full-time position based in Johannesburg South. The Business Manager sits on and reports to the Governing Council, Finance Committee and Remuneration Committee and is a member of the school’s executive committee. The position requires the successful candidate to be responsible for the business and operational functioning of the School which includes HR, IT, finances, marketing, procurement, policy and compliance with legislative frameworks, health and safety, legal matters, outsourced contracts and overseeing all non-academic staff; in collaboration with the Headmaster and Governing Council.

Education and experience requirements:
B Comm. Hons in Accounting. Registration as an AGA(SA) or CA will be an advantage
5 years’ experience in an educational environment at a Management Level
Leadership and managerial experience with cross-functional teams
Experience in developing and implementing systems and processes to increase efficiency
Good interpersonal skills
