An opportunity exists for an exceptional Boys Senior Prep School Performing Arts Coordinator to join the school as soon as possible
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is an advantage
- At least 5 years’ experience in administration
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work on MAC will be advantageous
Candidates should have the following attributes:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Duties:
- Oversee exam entries and ensure efficient communication with parents.
- Prepare and host concerts, organize performances, and manage tours.
- Assist the Director of Performing Arts and manage department timetables, minutes, and bi-weekly meetings
- Maintain and organise the Music Library, Choral repertoire, and Choir registers.
- Administer the Two Keys recording studio, performance venues, and drama/culinary resources.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Performing Arts administration system and asset register.
- Recovering Costs for instrumental hire and sales
