We seek to appoint a dynamic Assistant Business Manager who will report directly to the Business Manager.
Starting Date: December 2021 / January 2022
Responsibilities of the Assistant to the Business Manager include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the finances and administration of the school
Fee billing and collection
Cash management and liaising with financial institutions
Skills and equity management
Legal and secretarial
Management and statutory reporting
Preferred requirements are:
5+ years of Accounts experience.
Excellent inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills.
The ability to work well in multicultural environments and with diverse constituencies.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with parents.
Strong verbal and written communication and research abilities.
Strong aptitude for developing and managing budgets.
Computer literate and proficient in Pastel and Excel.
Ability to be self-motivated, work well under pressure and be able to handle several projects at one time.
An ability to work independently, flexibly and co-operatively.
A willingness to go the extra mile.
