Assistant Network Manager



Dainfern College requires an Assistant Network Manager w.e.f. 1 November 2022 or soonest

Dainfern College is an independent English-medium, co-educational school situated on Broadacres Drive, Dainfern, north of Fourways in Johannesburg. The College caters for Grades 0000-12 and offers both Cambridge A Levels and IEB Matric as exit exams. Our ethos is Christian and is based on the core concept of respect. Essential requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • A relevant tertiary IT qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years IT experience • The ability to work under pressure, and alongside colleagues, including IT, administrative staff and teachers.
  • Proven organisational skills and excellent, efficient administrative skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assisting staff and students with tablets and other mobile devices (iPads, chromebooks, and Android Tablets etc).
  • Management of Dainfern College’s iPad and Chromebooks sets.
  • Syncing, charging and managing the loaning of these units.
  • Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting audio and projectors in classrooms and event venues.
  • Any other duties as required by the IT Staff.
