Aftercare and Holiday Care Supervisor
 Commencing January 2025
The following qualities and skills are essential:
- Experience in managing and caring for nursery school-aged children (non-negotiable)
- Caring and nurturing approach towards children and parents – fostering of a ‘home away from home’ environment
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Valid first aid certificate
- Confidently and competently manage aftercare staff
- Admin: Accurate record-keeping, regarding attendance of children and staff
- Management of the Aftercare and Holiday Care programme and interesting age-appropriate activities
- Management of children’s attendance at extra-cost activities
- Computer literate
- Monitoring of aftercare facility and stock
The Aftercare will run from 12:00 to 17:30 on weekdays during the term, and the Holiday Club will run from 07:00 to 17:30 during the April and August school holiday periods.
