AFRIKAANS TEACHER
January 2025 (Negotiable)
We seek a fully bilingual, professionally qualified and experienced educator to teach Afrikaans to certain classes ranging from Grade 4 to Grade 7. The incumbent will liaise with the Head of the Afrikaans Department and will also fulfil the duties of a register class teacher. Applicants must be very proficient in their knowledge of grammar and the other curriculum components of the language and must be highly computer literate and experienced in the use of technology in education.
Only committed educators, who are passionate about teaching and whose track records display evidence of ‘going the extra mile’, need apply.
It is imperative that applicants are SACE registered.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a track record of teamwork and a willingness to participate on a co-curricular level are also central to this position.
