ADMISSIONS MANAGER

The Admissions Manager provides a vital role in managing the admissions and enrolment process for St Cyprian’s School. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and team player with a positive attitude and a pro-active nature. They will have a high level of organisational and administrative competency, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be customer focused.
As a member of the Advancement Office, which nurtures the relational journey from admission to alumnae, the Admissions Manager will intimately understand and translate the St Cyprian’s Brand in creating the ideal match between the school and prospective families
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing the admission process, including the administrative element,from the initial enquiry to enrolment
- Maintain full and accurate records and supporting data to effectively evaluate marketing campaigns
- Fulfil a PR role in building relationships with prospective families and in the running of promotional events and Open Days
- Arrange tours and interviews with the Head and ensuring that follow-up correspondence is sent as per the Admissions Policy
- Together with the Advancement Team, ensure that the Admissions process is strategically aligned with the St Cyprian’s brand experience

- Show initiative including the ability to think ahead and work flexibly without constant direction to deliver outputs
Qualifications & Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably specialist Marketing
- Significant experience of working in an administrative and customer focused environment
- Understanding of the principles and practices of recruitment and admissions. Prior experience working in a school environment is advantageous
- Excellent computer literacy and working with database programmes
- A good understanding of Data Management
