Admissions and Marketing Administrator

  • A degree/ diploma in Communications and Public Relations or in Marketing. Alternatively three years’ experience in school marketing/admissions.
  • Ability to assist running events and functions.
  • Provide a warm, professional and friendly first point of contact for prospective new parents to positively promote the school.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, planning, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • An unequivocal commitment to working as part of an accomplished team.
  • A commitment to on-going personal and professional development
  • Willing to support the Christian ethos of the school.
  • Have good inter-personal skills especially when dealing with parents and staff.
  • All candidates are to obtain a Police Clearance and have the necessary qualifications in order to apply for this post. Ideally the candidate should possess South African Citizenship OR Permanent Residency.
  • High probability that this is a half day position.
