We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk / Uniform Shop Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of the school’s uniform shop as well as assist the Finance department. The ideal candidate must be computer-literate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of inventory control and basic administration. This role involves managing both in-person and online uniform orders, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth customer experience for parents, pupils, staff. The school is situated in the beautiful village of Ramsgate on the South Coast of KZN.

We invite applications from applicants who are:

  • Computer Literate (Proficient in Pastel, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.)
  • Inventory Control Knowledge: Familiar with stock management processes and systems.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accuracy
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
