Applications for the 2026 ISASA Staff Development Fund Awards are now open.
The Staff Development Fund (SDF) invites grant applications from staff at ISASA member schools. Applications may be submitted for the following purposes:
- International visitorships to independent schools and attendance at international conferences.
- African visitorships to independent schools in other African countries.
- Targeted research on issues relevant to independent schooling.
Each application must be accompanied by a confidential letter of recommendation:
- For staff: from the applicant’s Head of School.
- For Heads: from the Chair of the Governing Body.
Complete applications, including the confidential letter of recommendation, must be submitted no later than Monday, 1 September 2025.
Please note: Applications from staff members at schools not contributing to the Staff Development Fund cannot be considered.
