Skye Tribe – Experience It!
Skye College invites prospective students and parents to experience a day in the life of a Skye student on 8th March from 09:00 at 99 Piet Retief Road, Honeydew Ridge.
This immersive event will provide insight into the school’s dynamic learning environment, allowing visitors to engage with passionate educators, participate in hands-on activities, and explore what makes Skye College unique. There will be activities for all ages, including preschool stations focused on sensory play, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and Montessori-inspired activities. Older students will take part in Renaissance Maths Assessments, sports activities, and interactive classroom experiences.
Parents are invited to attend informative talks tailored to their child’s age group. Preschool parents will meet with Mrs Smit at the preschool, while junior and high school parents will have a session with Mrs Pienaar in the hall. These sessions will provide valuable insights into the school’s teaching approach and learning philosophy.
