Reflective Learning is an online tool designed to help both teachers and students in primary and secondary schools tackle learning gaps. We employ diagnostic tests to spot gaps in crucial Maths and English concepts, which often hinder the learning of new material. Once these gaps are identified, Reflective Learning takes students on a personalised educational journey, tailored to their current level of understanding. We ensure that they master the concepts fully through regular reassessments.
Our aim goes beyond simply boosting academic knowledge. As students work through the programme, we nurture positive learning behaviours by monitoring their pace, accuracy, and dedication. We also promote a growth mindset and help students develop skills for thinking about their own learning, known as metacognitive skills. Ultimately, our goal is to shape independent learners who are prepared to tackle any educational challenges that come their way in the future.
