Discover new perspectives about children, make a difference in education and be inspired as you participate in the popular Africa Reggio Emilia Alliance (AREA) Introductory Course on the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach.
This course has recently been updated and condensed into 4 convenient online sessions of 2.5 hours each during which you can explore the possibilities of embracing the principles of the approach in your own context.
Certificates of participation will be given to those who complete the assignments set and attend each session of the course. While the course is tailored toward teachers, parents and any interested individuals are most welcome. Five iterations of the course have been planned for 2024.
Alternatively, or in addition to the above, join the AREA tour to see the Reggio Emilia approach in its own unique setting and to participate together with a global network of advocates for quality in education in the 15 – 19 April 2024 Reggio Children International Study Group in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
