Xolisile joined ISASA at the beginning of 2023. Prior to this she worked as a customer services associate at Amazon Development Centre and an office administrator at Vukela Holdings.

Xolisile obtained her degree at Wits University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Science.
