Lockdown Exercise Plan

Being isolated and constrained can be very detrimental to one’s mental and physical wellbeing and it is now more important than ever that you are engaging in some sort of physical activity. We need to remain purposeful about how we use our time. Having structure and routine is very important. Exercise must become a part of your daily routine.
