ISASA is pleased to announce that the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) taught by the Business School at the University of the Witwatersrand will be offered in 2024.
As in previous years, the LDP is built around two full-time modules over two consecutive weeks. The 2024 dates are:
- Week One: Monday, 20 May 2024 – Friday, 24 May 2024
- Week Two: Monday, 27 May 2024 – Friday, 31 May 2024
The programme modules will include:
- Group Dynamics
- Leadership and Diversity Management
- Strategic Management
- Digital Operations Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing
- Fundamentals of Economics
In addition to coursework modules, delegates will also be required to complete a composite project on their school.
