ISASA publishes an Employee Relations Manual to assist member schools with many aspects of human resources (HR) management. The Manual consists of background information covering key aspects of HR and labour law, as well as pro forma contracts and other documents that schools can adapt to their specific needs.
The Employee Relations Manual has recently been updated to its 2019/2020 version. This new version includes many revisions relating to recent legislation, as well as refinements based on feedback from schools and HR practitioners.
