ISASA has entered into a contract with Reality Wellness Group to provide an unlimited telephonic Employee Psychosocial Programme (EPP) for all ISASA member school employees and their families. This service is provided at no extra cost to ISASA member schools.
The Reality Wellness Group EPP call centre is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year for purposes of assessing staff needs, telephonic counselling and referral to an appropriate EPP Network Provider. Services include:
- inbound and outbound telephonic counselling.
- psychosocial referrals and administration.
- unlimited “please call me” sms (short message service) facility – a call centre agent will call back the employee.
- a 24/7/365 toll free number.
- referrals to face-to-face sessions with a psychologist/ social worker/ counsellor, as required.
- national network of clinical partners available.
- referrals to Legal and Financial Services.
- eight online virtual training sessions per month (30 minutes per session – two every Wednesday).
