A vistorship report by Shaun Kirk, Bridge House School
The Apple Distinguished Educator Programme was started by the Apple Technology company in a bid to recognise educationists who are making a positive change to their schools, districts or countries through their use of Apple Technology.
The programme brings together like-minded teachers from different backgrounds to form a global community of educational technology experts.
This document details the experience at the Apple Distinguished Educators Institute held in July 2015 in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands.
Each aspect of the conference is explored and information is provided to help others to benefit from the experiences which the writer had while in attendance. In addition, recommendations that were drawn from the material on offer have been made. Finally, information to assist interested teachers with their applications for the programme is provided.
