In 1994, the Casual Day project was conceptualised by the National Council of and for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) with the objective of raising funds for organisations providing services to persons with disabilities.
Casual Day has since become the lifeline to more than 500 non-profit organisations and schools as well as 12 national beneficiary organisations in the disability sector, that provide employment, education, counselling and advocacy for persons with disabilities.
Calling All Schools – Casual Day Needs Your Support!
Your school can order stickers from us on consignment. For every R10 sticker sold, your school keeps R2 of the donation (your school makes 20% on all sticker donations). After Casual Day you return any unused stickers to our offices and deposit 80% of the money you have raised into our Casual Day account.
We also supply you with posters, promo items and support to make your Casual Day a huge success! All we need is permission for your staff and/or kids to join in the fun and wear their stickers on Casual Day.
Our friendly team is ready to assist you! Call 011 609 7006 or email Josephine Mukalula.
