This new one-day ISASA workshop has been developed at the request of many schools who want to increase the basic financial knowledge of their management staff so that they are in a better position to understand and maintain the financial health of their schools. The workshop covers the fundamental elements of financial management and financial statements. This will enable you to make better short and long-term financial decisions in managing your school.
