Independent Education is the official ISASA magazine and is produced quarterly by ISASA Publications. The most recent edition is Autumn 2013.

Highlights of the Autumn edition include: Jane Hofmeyr’s article on schooling in India; an overview of the Learner Leadership model at Waterkloof House Preparatory School by Brigitte Theunissen; and a consideration of the 21st century librarian by Dianne de Villiers.

This Autumn 2013 edition also includes profiles of Holy Cross School outside Grahamstown, the pre-school of Maragon schools in Roodepoort and Hluhluwe Privaatskool in KwaZulu-Natal.

Independent Education Autumn 2013 is available to view online and print copies are also posted to all ISASA members.
