History of SAHISA
|
The Southern African Heads of Independent Schools Association (SAHISA) can trace its origins back to the first conference of the representatives of Church Schools that met at St. Andrews School in Bloemfontein on 17 December 1929. During the subsequent seventy-six years, the heads association underwent many changes. Much, however, has also remained constant. The following sections chronicle the development of SAHISA during the most turbulent periods in South African history. |
