VJ Robotics and Onsite Education will be hosting a free, hands-on workshop to launch their Foundation Phase computational thinking curriculum for schools. All ISASA member schools are invited to attend.

Teaching computational concepts, explicitly, from as early as Grade 1 ensures that learners understand these concepts prior to launching into more formal programming later on in school. To facilitate this process, VJ Robotics and Onsite Education have created a scaffolded, online teacher guide which empowers teachers to run the curriculum with very little programming skills.

  • Date: Monday, 29 October 2018
  • Venue: Avalon/Steve Jobs School, 1 Boundary Rd, North Riding AH, Roodepoort, 2169
  • Map to venue
  • Time: 2pm – 4pm

All teachers welcome! No previous coding/programming skills needed.

Please RSVP by 22 October 2018 to info@vjrobotics.com

For those who are not based in Johannesburg, get in touch, we can discuss how we can get this curriculum to you.
