Kearsney College is a leading independent boys’ day and boarding high school near Durban.
We require the services of dynamic candidates to join our academic staff with effect from the start of the 3rd term 2008 or as soon thereafter as possible. Head of Department: Life Sciences The incumbent will be well qualified and able to implement the new syllabus and preferably have experience with the IEB assessment criteria. Performance dimensions critical to this position will include innovation, gaining commitment and building positive relationships with students and peers. Successful use of technology in the classroom will be a distinct advantage. Candidates must be prepared to be involved in our extensive extra-mural programme and perform supervisory duties in the boarding establishment.
