School Type: Co-Educational

The vision of Hlanganani Primary School is to provide each individual child with the basic skills and overall attitude to fully reach its own unique potential, while at the same time to live confidently and successfully as individuals in today’s changing world, respecting, appreciating and freely interacting with the diversity of all those within the global community- hence the name Hlanganani which translates as “Let’s come together”.

Hlanganani Primary School:

  • Concentrates its main focus on the basics i.e. reading, writing and mathematics, thereafter  expanding into the use of technology as a tool rather than as a substitute.

  • Exposes children to new experiences and different approaches.
  • Encourages both a community and international outlook.
  • Provides for the development of the whole child, giving all children the chance to do their best in every aspect of the curriculum.

  • Encourages parental / guardian involvement at both school and at home.
  • Promotes both individual and team success.
